2. Accuracy of Crew Profiles

Seafarers applying through our crewing platform must guarantee that all uploaded STCW certificates, medical credentials, and sea-service records are authentic and accurate. Provision of falsified credentials will result in an immediate profile blacklist.

3. Limitation of Liability

SeaTusker provides marine technical advice and operational surveying based on standard industry practices. We are not liable for operational delays or losses resulting from unforeseen weather patterns or equipment failure during deep-sea deployments.

4. Modifications of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update these terms and our digital services at any time. Continued use of our systems following updates indicates your consent to the revised guidelines.
